What are the series of horizontal slurry pumps? The forms of slurry pumps can be roughly divided into three categories: horizontal slurry pumps, vertical slurry pumps, and submersible pumps. Today, Panshi Pump Industry will introduce the series of horizontal slurry pumps.

There are several series of horizontal slurry pumps:

AH(R) series, L(R) series, HH series, M(R) series: This series of slurry pumps are cantilevered double-casing slurry pumps, with the letter “R” indicating that the wetted parts are made of rubber material. They have a double-casing structure, and the wetted parts, which can be made of high-chrome alloy or abrasion-resistant rubber material.

ZJ series: This series of slurry pumps also have a double-casing structure. The difference from the AH series is that the bearing components adopt a semi-open bearing assembly. The distinctive feature of this series is that the head requirement can be met by trimming the impeller. For the same pump model, the impeller can have multiple sizes, and as the impeller size increases, the head also increases. When the head requirement cannot be met by the AH series, the ZJ series can be used.

ZGB series: This series of slurry pumps also have a double-casing structure, but the wetted parts do not include rubber material. Its characteristic is high flow rate, high head, and it can be connected in series for multiple stages.

G/GH series: This series is called gravel pumps. It has a single-casing structure, and the pump body and cover are connected by a clamp band. The pump discharge direction can be installed in any 360-degree direction. Its features include a wide flow passage and good cavitation performance. It is commonly used for sand extraction applications.

DT series: This series is called desulfurization pumps. It also has a single-casing structure and is mainly used in desulfurization projects. The wetted parts of this series are generally made of A49 material, which has good corrosion resistance. It is commonly used in power plant desulfurization applications.
