At present, PanShi pump has strong professional technology and rich experience and specializes in hydraulic testing,liquid testing,molds,new wear-resistant materials and new technologies.CAD is throughout the whole product development process, and at the same time PanShi Pump has introduced Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), CAPP,CFD, Computer-Aided Casting, Computer-Aided Metallographic Analysis and other software for technology management and product development. As a new and high technology pump manufacturer, PanShi Pump owns 18 national patents and 2 National New Products, and the GLH-6 metal material developed by PanShi was awarded the Third Prize of National Coal Industry Association (NCIA).

PanShi Pump has built long-term cooperation relation with domestic mining and metallurgy design institutes such as Beijing General Research Institute of Mining & Metallurgy, Changsha Design and Research Institute of Nonferrous Metallurgy and Nanchang Nonferrous Metallurgical Engineering and Research Institute, and has built university-industry cooperation with the East China University of Science and Technology and the Jiangxi University of Science and Technology, so as to jointly conduct project research, providing strong technical support for the company.

New Material Research

The centrifugal slurry pump is used to transport solid and liquid that can be widely applied to the departments of metallurgy, mine,coal,electricpower,chemical& industry, food,sewage treatment and channel dredging, etc.So the service life is key to the pump besides satisfying the demands of conditions completely. After adopting anti-wear design and reasonable materials, the service life of pump has been improved effectually. Suitable series A anti-wear & anti-corrosive material or metal & non-metal anti-wear material have been used to make flow parts according to all kinds of specified conditions and wear discipline, so that the pump can operate under the best state and get best operation benefit.

PanShi Pump has various inspection and testing instruments like Digital Ultrasonic Flaw Detector, Photoelectric direct reading spectrometer, Metallographic Analyzer, Universal material testing machine, Impact tester, Pressure Tester, Hardness Scale, and also and many general and special calipers and check instruments; we have set up the special test bed for pump which can perform the complete inspection to the material and metallic phase of raw material, machining of parts, final assembly and product performance.

Basic Information 

Under normal operation, if the pump has problems caused by its quality, PanShi Pump will be responsible for the three(3) guarantee services within the warranty period. 

If the working conditions of the pump do not match the information that initially provided to PanShi for pump selection, PanShi Pump will not be held responsible for the three(3) guarantee services. However, an after-sale department can provide technical support to help solve the problems for users as soon as possible. 

Precautions for Customer’s Use 

The customer should read the instruction manual carefully and strictly follow the requirements for operation. 

If the pump has not been not used for a long time, aging rubber parts, improper function and deteriorative grease can be caused, which cannot satisfy the operation requirements. Therefore, if customers do not use the bearing assembly within 6 months after receiving it, they should clean the bearing and replace the grease with a qualified one; if not used for 1 year, they should overhaul it and replace the rubber parts. 

For the bearing lubricated by thin oil, the lubrication oil is not filled before shipment. Therefore, you must fill lubrication oil according to the requirements before operating. 

The combination of the new wet ends with the old ones will affect the service life of the new parts, so you should try to avoid such operation. 

Guarantees Scope 

The complete pump (wetted parts excluded) operates properly for 1 year. 
The wetted parts as working condition. 
The bearing operates for 10,000 hours under normal maintenance condition. 
The seal arrangement for 6 months under normal maintenance condition 
The service life of mechanical seal does not conform to the requirements under specified operating condition. 

No guarantees services under the following conditions: 

Damage caused by the transportation not in charge of PanShi Pump. 
Problems or damage caused by improper installation and operation. 
Problems or damage of PanShi Pumps caused by the connection with other equipment. 
Damage caused by not properly maintaining the complete pump. 
Problems or damage caused by artificial or natural disasters. 
Problems or damage caused by using unqualified grease or parts. 
Problems or damage caused by the application and operation not within specified intended operation.
