Introduction to ZJ Series Slurry Pumps:
The ZJ series slurry pump is a single-stage, single-suction, centrifugal slurry pump. It can be classified into horizontal ZJ series and vertical ZJL series based on the structural form. With the development and improvement of slurry pump technology, utilizing modern fluid mechanics theory, modern mechanical theory, and computer software design techniques, we have introduced the ZJ series slurry pump, which features a wide range of models, broad coverage of performance conditions, and convenient selection. By adjusting the impeller, the same speed with different head can be achieved, enabling direct coupling transmission through the coupling.
The ZJ series slurry pump also adopts a double-casing structure, with the liner made of wear-resistant high-chrome alloy material. The pump casing has a vertically opened discharge outlet that can be rotated at 45° intervals to eight different positions.
The transmission modes of this series of slurry pumps include direct coupling and belt drive, with direct coupling being commonly used.
The shaft sealing methods include impeller sealing and mechanical sealing.
This series of slurry pumps are mainly applicable to industries such as power generation, metallurgy, coal, construction materials, and chemical engineering. They are primarily used for conveying abrasive slurries containing solid particles, such as handling concentrates and tailings in ore dressing plants, ash removal in power plants, conveying coal slurry and heavy medium in coal preparation plants, and transporting ore slurry in coastal and river mining operations.
The products in this series are characterized by high efficiency, energy-saving, long service life, light weight, reasonable structure, reliable operation, and easy maintenance.
