Introduction to AH Series Slurry Pumps:

Today, Pan Shi Pump Industry will introduce the AH series slurry pump.

The AH series slurry pump is a horizontal slurry pump and is divided into two types: AH series with high chromium alloy impellers and AHR series with natural rubber impellers. It features a double-casing structure, with the outer casing made of gray cast iron and the inner liner, known as the throatbush, made of high chromium alloy. In the AHR series, the throatbush is further divided into front and back throatbushes made of natural rubber. The high chromium alloy liner exhibits excellent wear resistance and can be used until it is worn through, thus extending the maintenance and replacement cycle and reducing operating costs. The outlet of this series of pumps can be installed at eight different angles.

Belt Drive: The pump can be driven by belt pulleys. The shaft sealing methods include packing sealing, expeller sealing, and mechanical sealing. Packing sealing and expeller sealing may have slight leakage during pump operation, while mechanical sealing can achieve a drip-free sealing effect.

Installation: The pump can be directly coupled or connected via belt pulleys. Belt pulley connections include CV drive, CRZ drive, ZVZ drive, and CLZ drive.

Bearing Assembly: The bearing assembly of this series of pumps adopts a cylindrical structure, making it easy to adjust the clearance between the impeller and the front and back liners. During maintenance, the bearing assembly can be removed as a whole. The bearings are lubricated with grease.

This series of slurry pumps has a wide range of performance conditions, good cavitation resistance, and high efficiency. The wear-resistant components exhibit excellent wear resistance. Belt drive can be utilized to adjust the flow rate and head by adjusting the speed through the main adjustable pulley.
